Cars and jobs

In either category, its not looking to hot at this point. I've applied to a bunch of jobs in all kinds of fields and haven't even gotten to an interview yet. So sad. Especially considering my resume and the experience that I do have. Oh well, as I said a few summers ago when I applied to just about every crap-job in the Lehigh Valley and didn't get hired for anything. . .I can't make them hire me. This is dissapointing because I kind of need a job. I don't want to move to Nashville where I don't know anyone. Another reason I want a job is my car situation.

I've been thinking about this a lot. I love my Probe GT. However, with all of its problems and my complete lack of funds to take care of it (and even with a job that would give me the money to repair it, its a 10 year old car, its not getting better with age). What I've been thinking is to look at a new car. Obviously, it would be pretty tough to get a new car without a job/source of income. Anyway, if I do end up with a job that I would be earning a decent amount of money in (30k give or take), here's my list of new cars I'm interested in, higher interest towards the top.

  • Subaru Impreza WRX (STI)

  • Nissan 350Z

  • Mazda RX-8

  • Infiniti G-35 Coupe

  • BMW 325 or 330 or by luck finding a really good deal on a used M3

  • New Ford Mustang GT

  • Mazda 6 5-door

  • Dodge SRT-4

I think thats about it. Obviously, with my tastes, I'm going to have to get a job that pays fairly well. Anyone that knows of any kind of IT job openings, let me know, because I need a job faster than a cop chasing down donuts (it's late, my brain is tired. . .lay off!). That's all for now.
