Winter Term done
My last winter term class is over. I'm done with my upper level general studies requirement. Now I only have 13 more semester hours between me and graduation. Winter term this year was awesome. Almost as cool as getting to spend 2.5 weeks in Australia doing practically nothing in terms of school work (a-la last winter term). To re-hash what I did this winter term:
I think the only way this class could be better is if it was a semester long instead of only 2.5 weeks. Now, moving on from winter term and into spring term...
4 classes stand between me and graduation. Hopefully they'll be somewhat fun. I'm still not totally sure if I'm ready to move on from school but I will be, whether I want to or not in a few months. I hope that some employer is out there looking for some kid right out of college that, by grades, seems to know a fair deal but in reality doesn't really know what the hell he's doing, yet.
OK, enough of that. Time to end this entry. More to come as my final semester of undergraduate college looms in the not-to-distant future.
- Watched The Matrix, Minority Report, Blade Runner, Gattaca, 2001, Sneakers, and Jurassic Park
- Read a 400+ page book that was totally awesome
- Created Wiki pages about movies and other subjects
- Compared The Matrix to Fight Club in what I thought to be a strong paper
- Played Second Life and wrote 3 reflective essays about it
- Gave a presentation about Sneakers
- Had an awesome time learning about virtual societies and virtual life
